CALL TO ORDER:

SECRETARY REPORT:
Meeting Minutes from last meeting are available online


TREASURER REPORT: 
Mike distributed a treasurer report and balance statement to all members present.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR REPORT:
Our next tournament will be held on Saturday Feb. 17th at Fishers landing Martinez lake. There is another tournament at the same marina, so we need to be on the water early and ready to blast off by safe light. The registration will be at the ramadas from 05:00 to 07:00 with the draw to follow.

CONSERVATION REPORT:
Apache Lake is coming along just fine. The lake should be filling up in short time. Bartlett lake is lowering the water level to do repair at all the ramps on the lake.

YOUTH REPORT:
Any and all clubs wishing to hold a kids event this year please contact Jeff Foley. National Casting Kids Semi finals moved to Nov. of each year. This means state finals need to be completed by 1 Sep. all local events need to be held prior 1 Aug. of each year.

OLD BUSINESS:
None noted

NEW BUSINESS:
A motion was made, seconded and passed to have 1 throw out tournament each year.
A motion was made, seconded and passed to change the tie breaker for year end points to the total weight of the angler’s top three qualifying tournaments. Angler of the year will be decided by the total number of points for the whole season with no throw out.
motion was made, seconded and passed to have the off limits begin at 07:00 pm the day prior to the tournament.
Registration will be from 5:00pm to 7:00pm the day before the tournament. All entries and monies must be submitted by the close of registration.
A motion was made, and seconded to reimburse Don Mc Dowell $184 for his air fair to the national conservation meetings in Alabama. The motion was passed.

NEXT MEETING: Mar 6th, 7:00 PM (please come at 6:00 PM for dinner) at the Ironworks 17233 N. 45th Ave. - off Bell Road just past the tennis courts on your right).  All interested parties are welcome.
