 Treasurer Report    

                
 Every club needs to submit their membership roster and money (ies) both to the Az fed. nation and also to Bass. Clubs (members) that do not have their info up to date will not be allowed to fish in any Az. fed. nation tournaments until these requirement are met. Any questions to be directed to Mike at 623-229-4650 or Don. 520-975-3405.  $500. donation was made by the Federation Nation to help support police officers.                        
  

Tournament Report

                            
Director not present. Steve is in the hospital having by-pass heart surgery. Rich Stringer is temporarily filling in untill rerther notice.   

New tournament schedule:                         
 2nd qualifier at Roosevelt, feb. 23rd              
 3rd ......... at Alamo, april 19th                 
 4th ......... at Pleasant, Oct 4th         
 5th ......... at Roosevelt, Nov. 8th  
            
Dates are set, lake may change due to getting permit. This revised schedule will be posted on the website. Patagonia tournament  on May 3rd has been canceled; however there will be an open tournament there on that date. Proceeds to go to the junior clubs and to send kids to that qualify from Arizona to the Nationals.   

FEBRUARY DRAW MEETING AT CABELAS 1900 HRS Feb 20th.
Send entry fee to; Az Federation Nation,P.O. Box 61182 Phoenix Az. 85082-1192. BEFOR the 20th of feb. or come to the meeting and pay Mike.
 

Conservation Report  

                         
Don McDowell is doing a charity tournament at Tempe town lake, call Don at 623-221-7655. Bartlett lake is 84% full and going to stay that way at least through the summer. Permits should be available for clubs or Federation Nation. Construction of scorpion bay marina has started at Pleasant, should be finished by years end.            
  

Youth Report

                                   
Casting kids event will be held at Cabelas on Feb. 24th another at Havasu on March 1st. Call Kip for Cabelas, Rich for Havasu.                

Old Business 

                                  
Banquet, send all monies to Ken Hurd or pay at the banquet. 52 people sighned up to attend. Those who have signed up MUST pay $25 per person even if they do no come to the banquet. The Federation is paying  52 dinners. There is room for more, but we have to pay for 52. Those wishing to golf befor the banquet call Ken.                   
   

New Business  

                        
It was decided that contract with Arizona Bass Fed. Nation is not necessary for state team members in good standing.                                       

Next meeting is February 20th 1900 hrs at Cabelas.
