Call to Order at 7:00 PM

Tournament Director Report:
Lake Martinez;second qualifier on Feb 23. 26 boats; 1 flight from safe light to 3:30 PM.   Emphasized the importance of avoiding all off-limits areas, these will be identified before blastoff.  All members must have a Colorado River stamp and remember that on this river there is a 13inch minimum.  Release boats available at weigh-in and motion made to use the release boats.
Cost is $5.00 per boat.

Youth Report: Two Casting Kid events will be held on Sunday, Feb. 24.  10:00-Noon and the second is 1:00-2:00.  Location is Cabalas.
State Casting Kid Championship is on March 8. This tournament will determine who gets to go to Idaho. March 7-10 ISE (International Sportsmens Expo) at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale; All day event and Ariz. Bass Fed. will have a booth set up selling raffle tickets (proceeds being used to send two kids to Idaho). Tickets will also be sold at Big Bass Days; Lake Pleasant March 26-28.

Conservation Report:  Dirctor Not Present

New Business: For more effecient take-off at all tournaments it was suggested to use highly visible elastic bands, with numbers on them, to be put on boat motors.  Ken Hurd will look into getting these. Active tournament dirctor Rich Stringer will make arrangements to have a night tournament (invitational) on March 12, in conjunction with ABA Summer Nights. Reminder that from our sponsors that discounts are available to all members.  Our newest sponsor is Liquid Wrap.  Questions concerning discounts contact Kip.

Old Buisness:  Only two states signed up (one club each) for the Bass Club World Championship.  Chances are that it will be cancelled because this lack of
participation.
