September 2, 2009 Meeting Minutes
Called to
order by Kip Pollay at 7:00 pm. Intro and sign-in: 3
clubs, 3 board members & 3 Club members – total 6
members in attendance.

Report:
- Open – Patagonia (9/12/09) Safe Light 2:00 pm
- Qualifier # 4 – Alamo (10/17/09)
- Qualifier # 5 – (First & Last) Pleasant (12/05/09)
- Postponed final decision for 2010 qualifiers due to lack of membership to vote on at meeting. An
- Draw for Alamo Tournament to be held on October 14th at Cabalas’. Please get pairing information to Don Sebastian prior to October 14, 2009.
- All boaters must have valid boat insurance and information with them at all times during a Tournament.
- Casting Kids Finals November 1st 2009 at Cabalas’ From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm / Regular Casting Kids Competition from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Old Business:
Continuing to work on the 2010 Western Divisionals which we will be hosting the week of May 17th through the 21st.
New Business:
Currently working with the City of Yuma to host the 2010 Western Divisionals. Verifying Hotels, Sponsors and negotiating a contract to launch from the Imperial Marina area.
Next Meeting:
Member meeting and Alamo Draw: October 14, 2009 at Cabalas’ (please pair-up and send information to Don Sebastian prior to 10/14/2009).

Keep in mind; all clubs are to send at least 1 member to meetings. We can’t hear what you have to say if you’re not there to voice your opinion.
