MEETING NOTES

CALL TO ORDER: 7:00 PM by President Pollay
 
INTRODUCTIONS: Board, Attendees (5 clubs represented)
 
SECRETARY REPORT:
No meeting minutes from last meeting read.
Bob B. will be stepping down as Secretary. Motion made that Don Sebastian to be made new Secretary, approved, voted and passed. Web site to be updated. Don S. would like all club information sent to him as soon as possible as to update.
 
TREASURER REPORT: 
Treasurer was not available however Financial Report read and accepted.
Membership fees for the upcoming 2006/2007 season must be submitted be December 31st 2006.
We are still waiting on monies from the ABA night tournament from Rich Stringer.
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR REPORT:
Information about the upcoming tournaments regarding rules will be made shortly.
CONSERVATION REPORT:
More information to come
YOUTH REPORT:
Each club should appoint a Youth Director and report to Jeff Foley with information on their possible Junior Clubs, Casting Kids Ect.
OLD BUSINESS:
No previous minutes read, information to follow
The Triton Boat we had for a raffle has already been sold – information to follow
NEW BUSINESS:
Club WEB Links; we will supply links from the BASS NATION’S WEB Site to any club that establishes its own WEB Site.  Free Club WEB Sites are available at active.com.
Shirts from Triton for ABFN Board members will be in shortly.
Discussion came about on how the ABFN will help offset the cost of sending teams to the regionals – more information to follow.
Entry form for the Arizona B.A.S.S. Federation Nation tournaments will be posted on the web site shortly
