October 2009 Meeting Minutes

Called to
order by Kip Pollay at 7:02 pm. Intro and sign-in: 6
clubs: Goodyear, Surprise, Prescott, Valley, Tucson
and Del-Norte, 6 board members & 22 Club members
in attendance.
Secretary Report: September Report Read & Accepted
Treasury Report: Expenses & Income Report Read & Accepted

State Championship Event

Continue to work on the 2010 Western Divisionals which we will be hosting the week of May 17th through the 21st.
New Business:
Keep in mind; all clubs are to send at least 1 member to meetings. We can’t hear what you have to say if you’re not there to voice your opinion.

Tournament Report:
- Qualifier # 4 – Alamo (10/17/09)
- Qualifier # 5 – (First & Last) Pleasant (12/05/09)
- 2010 qualifiers have been approved. See tournament schedule for dates and locations to be posted on 11-01-09
- Draw for Alamo Tournament held on October 14th at Cabalas’.
- NOTE: All boaters must have valid boat insurance and information with them at all times during a Tournament.
State Championship Event
- Casting Kids Finals November 1st 2009 at Cabalas’ From 11:00 am to 1:00 pm / Regular Casting Kids Competition from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
- Jr. Bass Events
- Bartlett 11/08/09

- Watercraft and Equipment inspection and Decontamination Training to be held on November 20 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Salt River Project’s PERA Club, 1 East Continental Drive Tempe, AZ 85281
