TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR REPORT;   Martinez tournament, 32 boats, winning weight 16.08 lbs by Dave Mehalechko. boater and Marc Pacella non-boater. Next tournament is at Bartlett on April 4th and it is confirmed that Steve have the permit for the tournament. there was some questions about fish size or lenght, once and for all, here it is: Colorado river is 13 inch minimum, if in doubt, get rid of it, at Roosevelt and Alamo it's OVER & UNDERS, ANY fish less than 13 inch is an under, 16 to 40 inch is an over, if one of you
guys catch one around 40 inches we want a picture off it. As of January first angler can keep one slot fish ONE fish only, more than 13" less than 16"........

CONSERVATION REPORT: Big bass days and Game & fish department expo on march 27th tru the 29th, we need volunteers to help game & fish, call kip if you want to help, All this activity will be at SCORPION BAY.........

YOUTH; Casting kids state finals and JR bass finals at oasis lake on march 8th &9th 7am. Contact Kip for more info. ALSO,  at sportsman's warehouse in Tucson on April 25th the federation will have a casting kids event from 11am to noon and 1pm to 2 pm. .......

NEW BUSINESS:  (1) By the end of march the federation will have a new member friendly web site where most, if not all your questions will be answered, let your mouse do the walking. (2) There is a possibility of splitting the federation into regionals,, western,, central and southern, around Yuma, kingman and havasu, there are guys that want to join the federation but they don't want to travel to central lakes to fish. At this time it's only an idea coming from those guys, think about It we could nearly double our members.......

OLD BUSINESS; Boat insurance, ALL members MUST have proof of liability coverage to participate in all federation tournament. (mandated by B.A.S.S.)......

LAST CAST; One non-boater was not able to fish Martinez because we didn't have enough boaters or not enough effort to find one, whatever the reason, we need to have a us marine or airborne mentality; no one stays behind.
