Called to order by Kip Pollay at 7:05 pm. Intro / 5 clubs, 5 board members & 6 members

 
Secretary Report: November Minutes Read & Accepted
 
Treasury Report:  November Report Read & Accepted
 
Tournament Report:
    a.  Bartlett Permit Pending (4-04-09)
    b.  Need to get all state team members together for meeting to get profiles & photo's. This includes (2) boater & (2) non-boater alternates.
    c.  Remaining Qualifier schedule:
         2nd - Martinez  (2-28-09)
         3rd -  Bartlett  (4-04-09)
         4th -  Alamo  (10-17-09)
         5th (first & last) - Pleasant (12-05-09)
 
Youth Report:
    a. Jeff Foley is staying on as Youth Director and is looking for an Assistant Director to help out.
    b. Casting Kids will only be at the state level starting next year. Bass has decided to drop sponsorship for this event.
    c. Jr Bass Finals and Casting Kids Finals for this year are tentatively set for March 2009.
    d. Youth Raffle is scheduled as soon as we get all out-standing tickets collected.
 
Conservation Report:
    a. Gizzard Shad are now showing up at Roosevelt.
    b. Trout stockings have started.
    c. $1,000.00 conservation monies available for distribution. Need conservation project?
 
Old Business:
    a. Banquet? will most likely be re-scheduled for 1st or 2nd weekend in Februrary 2009. NEED MEMBER COUNT!
    b. State dues are due. Need to fill-out new membership form. Don Sebastian will post on web site.
    c. Will require boaters to show proof of insurance. Make copy of coverage and send in with dues and applications.
    d. 2010 Divisionals - Dates and location NOT SET AS OF TODAY.
 
New Business:
    a. Need volunteers to help at Cabela's Sunday (12-14-09) from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Two shifts - 10:00am - 2:00pm & 2:00pm - 6:00pm.  Call Mike Hoffarth
        (623-229-4650) "This is a Johnsonville BBQ Event" 
    b. Need new sponsors - Rod sponsor?                                                                                                                                                            
    c. Reviewed 2009 Alliance Contract.
    d. Triton Boat will be for sale in January 2009.
    e. Need to send all sponsors Thank you's and confirm new contracts for the next year.

    g. Western Divisional will be May 11-15-09 in the state of Washington - lake not determined.
