the site. I’ll be sending out Club Membership Forms
in the near future. Please make sure that each club
(or one forming) has submitted a club contact with
email address. These may be sent through

individual periodic new member updates. Without
up-to-date club member lists, non-documented club
members may not be able to register for BASS NATION
Qualifier Tournaments.
TREASURER
REPORT:
Financial Report distributed
($1,326 - Fed. Acct., $600 - Divisional Acct.), no
payables. All clubs need to get their club dues and
paperwork in. The AZ Federation NATION’s address is;

DIRECTOR REPORT:

Make Steve Peugh our
permanent AZ Federation NATION Tournament Director
(ACCEPTED)]
CONSERVATION REPORT:
Game and Fish will hold a
‘Tournament Rules Committee’ meeting in mid
September. This will be to discuss establishing TMX
fees, solutions to mortality issues, Game and Fish
presence at all TMX’s held in the state. We will need
to determine our stand on these issues. The Apache
fish habitat improvement project now has sponsors for
building materials. For more information on

YOUTH
REPORT:
If your club is holding a Casting
Kids Event, please do it by August 31st. We will hold
a State Championship Casting Kids Event by early Oct.
The Federation Nation is working on a venue right
now. Contact Jeff Foley on the arizonabassnation WEB
Site (Youth Button) for assistance in scheduling
Casting Kids Events or creating BASS Kids Clubs.
OLD BUSINESS:
Qualifier
Draws; After
discussion on multiple issues influencing when to
hold TMX draws, the following was decided.
[MOTION:
Hold The TMX draws the
night before the TMX (ACCEPTED)].
All registration forms and fees (including options)
must be received by the draw prior to the TMX.

[MOTION: Change
the date to Jan. 6, 2007 with the TMX held at
Bartlett (ACCEPTED)]
NEW
BUSINESS:
Club WEB
Links; we will
supply links from the BASS NATION’S WEB Site to any
club that establishes its own WEB Site. Free Club WEB
Sites are available at active.com.
Subsidy for
President’s Meeting; [MOTION:
The AZ Federation
NATION subsidize 50% of the air fair for the
president to attend the meeting (ACCEPTED)]
Federation Nation
President’s Meeting Notes; BASS has decided that there will
be equal payouts for all divisions. Jan.
31st
through Feb.
3rd
will be the Division 9
(ours) Regional TMX at Lake Amistad, Texas. Triton
Boats will offer us a boat of our choice at a greatly
reduced price for use in fundraising (every year).

DISCUSSION:
The
raffle for the ABA fundraiser will be moved to the
last TMX on the 26th of this month. Please help in
acquiring prizes (contact Jeff Mayes – NATION WEB
