MEETING NOTES

CALL TO ORDER:

INTRODUCTIONS:
4 Board Members, 15 Attendees (6 clubs represented)
 
SECRETARY REPORT:
Meeting Minutes from last meeting are available online


TREASURER REPORT: 
Mike distributed a treasurer report and balance statement to all members present.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR REPORT:
The final qualifier for the 2006 season will be held this weekend 1/6/2007 at Bartlett lake. The registration for this tournament will be from 5pm to 7:30pm in the upper parking lot at the main ramp. Make sure you have your 2007 fishing license and your Tonto Forest passes.
The 2007 season tournaments will be as follows. Feb 17th @ Martinez lake, April 7th @ Alamo lake, Oct 6th @ Lake Pleasant and Nov 17th @ Bartlett lake.

CONSERVATION REPORT:
Apache Lake is coming along just fine. The lake should be filling up in short time. Bartlett lake is lowering the water level to do repair at all the ramps on the lake.

YOUTH REPORT:
There are no events scheduled. Any and all clubs wishing to hold a kids event this year please contact Jeff Foley. The federation is looking to possibly hold a Casting Kids Event at ISC show in March.

OLD BUSINESS:
None noted

NEW BUSINESS:
The Feb meeting will be very important, we ask that each club send one person the represent there club at this meeting. Some thing that we will be going over for the 2007 season is the points system, off-limits along with other ideas. It is important that people be there and voice the opinions.
The end of the month the Arizona B.A.S.S. Federation Nation will be sending 5 teams to the B.A.S.S. Club Championship in Del Rio, Texas. They are Shake, Rattle & Troll Club, Valley Bass, Adventure Bass, Arizona Bass Kickers and Scratch & Claw Bass. Good luck to all those going.


NEXT MEETING: Feb 6th, 7:00 PM (please come at 6:00 PM for dinner) at the Ironworks 17233 N. 45th Ave. - off Bell Road just past the tennis courts on your right).  All interested parties are welcome.
