All boaters must have a copy of your boat insurance on file with the Tournament Director. Email to Mike Hoffarth or mail to P.O. Box.
If you do not have a copy on file or do not have a copy at live well check, you will not be able to fish.  mike@canyonplastering.com

Conservation Report:
Quadra mussels are still a problem, please flush your boat after leaving the lake.  Keep informed about what the Game & Fish Dept. Decontamination procedures will be added to the site soon.

Youth Report:
1st youth tournament  Feb. 27 – 28 @ Pleasant call Lyle Danuser if you can be a boater or want to help (623-565-6523) BOATERS ARE NEEDED
2nd tournament  April 10 – 11 @ Alamo / 3rd and final tournament Oct. 16 – 17  @ Bartlett.

 
Old Business:
Still waiting on one state team members state contract – Jeff G.
Please get tmx entry’s in as soon as possible to ad with the draw proceedings (had one user call in entry moments before the draw).
Please keep in mind that this year you will have to participate in 2 community service projects and they must be do prior to the first & last
Tournament – NO EXCEPTIONS.  These community service projects must be approved by Bill Tyger/Kip Pollay and all paper work must be verified.
The AZBFN will be hosting the Western Divisional’s this year @ Martinez, May 17 – 21, 2010.
 
New Business:
Tmx staff member vests were voted on and approved (approx. cost to fed. $228; vest will easily identify AZ Fed tmx staff to aid visibility during events). The Western Divisional which we will be hosting this year will require some of our members to assist with various tasks, if you would like to help or would like more info please contact Kip Pollay or Bill Tyger. * Pay-Pal is still back online and available for tmx sign-up.
 
LAST CAST:  Get involved more this year with the many community service projects that this organization participates in, including our youth events.
