SECRETARYS REPORT
Novembers minutes, accepted report as read.
 
TREASURER'S REPORT
expenses, $2,985.24; income: $5,401.05. current balance $17,341.95
 
TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS REPORT
Sat tournament set for Roosevelt, grapvine launch 6:30, check in upper parking lot. will be weighing fish at the top of the dock. so you will need to run your fish back dn to the water after wreigh in. we will run 2 flights, weigh in at 3:00 and second @ 3:15. no slot fish we will be checking. voulunteer to help would be greatly apreciated. Surprise bass has volunteered , thank you.
 
NOTES: The boat that volunteers to be the check in boat at weigh in will also be allowed to be the #1 boat to leave at tournament start. thanks to floyd vaughn and Surprise Bass
 
CONSERVATION REPORT
Don Mcdowel has reported about the influx of Quagga Mussels into az water ways and canal systems that leed into urban fishing areas. check with the az dept of fish and game web site for details. Thanks to don for all his help to the AZ BASS FEDERATION NATION.
NOTE: DO NOT USE E-85 FUELS IN YOUR OUTBOARD.
 
YOUTH REPORT
Jeff Foley, not present, has reported that work is keeping him at bay, noted that he would like to have the jr bass finals Mar 14th. He is also thinking that we could do the casting kids during the ISE weekend. Conflicting dates with Bass Federation tourney that same weekend also. Lyle Danuser will also help with all future youth events for next year.
 
OLD BUSSINESS
Marketing Director will be created to keep our sponsors informed of all federation activities and photos.Federation banquet is scheduled for Jan 24, site pending any help is highly welcomed. yearly dues raised from $15 to $30
Starting jan 2009 all members must participate in 2 events such as casting kids, lake shore cleanups, or any approved fed. nation event.
NEW BUSINESS
All boaters must show proof of insurance and it must be approved for tournaments, so check with your ins. Proof will be needed for Feb tournament
Its going to be a great new year for the AZ BASS FEDERATION NATION, so lets all get involved and try to increase our membership.
